Lisa McCormick - President

Lisa McCormick is a 4th generation local Idahoan. She has watched her small farming town grow in population over the last several years without enough community structure in place to support all those families. When her daughter took an avid interest in figure skating the need for new ice facilities became glaringly apparent.

Inland Northwest Ice Development began with the dream of building an ice facility in the INW that could support skaters as they trained with off ice facilities and host major competitions. That is, and always will be, the plan. It is a plan that is, unfortunately, going to take a lot of time and community support to make come to frutation. In the meantime we strive to support the development of local skaters by assisting in smaller efforts as stated on our home page.

Mission Statement

It is our mission to make ice sports financially available to all children in the Inland Northwest by creating a low cost and publicly accessible ice rink and training center as well as provide scholarship opportunities for new and competitive skaters in the area.
